In the era of globalization, cooperation and talent development extend beyond national borders, and competition is no longer limited to specific times or places. Education is undergoing significant changes. The globalized world requires individuals with an international perspective, and Chinese youth need to understand their role in the future. Top universities emphasize not only improving knowledge but also developing academic and research skills. Outstanding young students should start planning their academic and career development early on.

“WELAND International” is committed to providing a series of activities, events, and both online and offline academic courses for students in China and abroad. These initiatives aim to foster innovation, prioritize scientific thinking, use simulation education as a format, and utilize a global platform. Mission & Vision

Our mission is to cultivate the next generation of global young leaders.

“Mountains are high because of peaks, and the pinnacle achievements of every outstanding figure in history are undoubtedly benefited by the great era they lived in. Great eras are rare, but we are fortunate because we are now in an exciting era. Since Columbus discovered the New World, a globalization era that brings the world closer together has unfolded. The center of the world stage has shifted from London, where the trumpet of the first industrial revolution sounded, to the United States in the latter half of the 20th century. Every step of social progress and change has occurred because of people’s needs.

As time flies, with the increasing connections with countries and regions around the world, China, standing tall in the East, is increasingly attracting attention from all walks of life. We firmly believe that this exciting era will belong to China.

A decade ago, a group of idealistic young people founded WELAND International in Beijing amidst the verdant campus. These young people are now in their prime, but their dreams have not changed—to cultivate the next generation of global young leaders for China. Because we have always dreamed of creating our own era of globalization in China, together with a group of global young leaders from China.
